Stopped by last night and picked up an iced oatmeal cookie. While the flavor of the dough was nice, it wasn't cooked. It was similar to eating a bowl of oatmeal with crispy edges.
I am gluten free and I tagged along with friends, but they had a gluten free cookie. For gluten free, the upcharge was small and it was hands down the best gluten free cookie I have ever had!!
