Showed up to my dog’s scheduled appointment to find the facility under construction. They should not be conducting business in the current condition of the location. There was construction debris all over the floor that would endanger dogs’ paws. It was extremely unsafe. The construction worker proceeded to fire off his nail gun right beside my dog, which was completely traumatic to her. Archie had a great experience today getting a bath! For a strong Rottie Lab, he always wants to jump over the tub rim but today he was calm and Ann helped to keep him that way! For a dog with two titanium plates from two ACL ruptures, the last thing we need is for him to jump out of this deep tub! We now have a soft and coconut smelling 72 lb cuddle dog!
The prices are fair and reasonable. The staff there are very kind and helpful. Feels like family everytime I go in with my baby.
