If making your customers wait for an appointment for 2 months and then telling them you won’t groom there dog on the day of the appointment is there business model, then they are killing it! My GoldenDoodle is in dire need of getting groomed and there inability to state what we needed to bring with us is the cause for this. Your better off paying a 5 year old with safety scissors to trim your dog than this sad excuse of a dog groomer. Take your business elsewhere and you won’t be disappointed!!!

We’re so sorry we couldn’t help you today. We always state when speaking with a new client that updated shot records are required for our records. The state of Colorado requires the Rabies shot, so therefore we do as well. After we tried to help find the expiration date of the shot records, it was brought to our attention from your breeder that your 6 month old puppy doesn’t have the rabies vaccination. My dogs were so clean and I loved the trims they received, along with trimming their nails. They always remember to ask what type of trim/cut you want as it may be different for the season! Highly recommend!
