The owner is careless and has hurt several animals badly, including mine. She is hostile when questioned and seems very uninterested in keeping clients. Maybe your dog will be treated well here, maybe not. Ask yourself if it's worth the risk.

Very clean and great self serve wash – My dogs love going here because they always get treats with their baths. Very clean and easy to use with a low tub for my large dogs.

Dirty indeed – Took my puppy in and told them I wanted very little taken off, that I wanted her to still look like her, and instead of talking to me about what might work or not work, they returned her to me with a shaved face, shaved butt, shaved belly, while leaving the rest of her fur alone. She looks ridiculous and when I called to talk about how disappointed I was, instead of listening, offering to try to make it better, the owner BLAMED ME for not bringing her in sooner!
