I'm basing this off of our experience as a whole. The service was pretty average. I loved my food a lot, but of the five of us I was the only one who did. Three said their food was okay, and my dad thought it was the worst calamari he's ever had. He's a cook, so he knows his food, and he said it did not taste fresh. All of the advertisements peaked my interest. I thought the atmosphere was boring. I was expecting an upbeat and exciting lunch with great food. We didn't have either. I ordered my son the spaghetti sundae because the description was pretty cool, spaghetti and meatballs that come out looking like an ice cream sundae it came out I'm a bowl, regular spaghetti. I can definitely see your aggravation with some of the points of your visit and I do apologize for us not hitting our marks. I do wish to explain some things at this time. I actually had a kid drop his sundae glass last month and he almost seriously injured himself so I pulled the glass from that item. As for the sangria, it definitely should have been decorated with an orange, lime, lemon and cherry. We had an amazing first time eating at dirty dicks! The food was excellent! And the service was awesome! Our waitress was Amy and she was on top of everything & so nice!! Manager Gene was so kind & accommodating! Can't wait to come back again SOON!!!!

On vacation from Virginia, thought I would get some good food but boy was I wrong. Waited 10 minutes just to order our drinks. They weren't busy at all. We then heard a guy behind us complain about his Ribs and how the ribs were cooked so much that the bones fell apart like the meat part of it and the bones were chewy. The manager came over and insisted that a lot of people get it like that and that it was cooked the right way. Just literally walked out of here. First and last experience. Was seated and than left with not a single word said to us. Sat someone directly behind us and than took their drink orders within like a few minutes. Came back with their drinks and continued to take their order. Still not even a look at us or word said. We had 2 waitresses walk by us three times each. Price of everything is overpriced too. Mama Kwans was are next spot we drove by and was a great experience.
