Tried this place because it seemed always packed and reviews were good. It was a huge disappointment!!! Service was alright. Food was not great at all-don’t bother wasting your money.

Worst seafood on the east coast - shrimp were overcooked and watery and mushy - they had no flavor - Snow crab legs were the same spent over $200 dollars with a reservation and still had to wait on food. Serice was ok had to wait a long time before the food arrived. the only thing that wasn't bad was the beer. Won't make that mistake again.

Save your money and your time false advertising
I visited the DD in Avon, NC. We had a party of 4 and each got an all you can eat meal for $15.99 each with drinks our bill was supposed to be $95.72, they added a gratuity of 18% to our bill of $15.99 without telling us anything about it until I questioned the waitress about it when we got the bill, she brought the manager over who started it was their policy yet there is no mention of this on the menu and the bill comes with a spot for a tip. Great food, great service. We had all you can eat crab legs which were delicious and our waiter R.L. was amazing. He kept the crab legs coming! Would highly recommend.
