Dean and the rest of the guys that work there have been the most helpful mechanics i've ever come across. I bought my first bike this year and because of it being older its had many problems. Each time i have taken it there they put their best efforts to not only get the problem fixed but work with my budget as well. on top of that, almost every time I'm back riding the following weekend. Great service, great price, will always be a returning customer.

Had a new rear tire put on the street glide. Dean went over the top in delivering exceptional professional service and a inspection on my bike. The turnover time surprisingly fast unlike some of the bigger shops where you have to wait forever to get your bike back. He also told me about the other services that they provide at the shop at a exceptional cost. Keep up the good work and keep them guys in line I'll definitely be coming back. thank you

If your looking for an alternative to the Harley Dealers for top quality repair and service, then check this guy out.....!! Superior work, and great prices. I've had my bike in there on three seperate occasions for service and every time i've left I felt was in much better condition than when I dropped it off. Each tie I've picked up my bike Dean has taken the time to go over what he serviced but also made me aware of some potential issues that might need to be addressed in the future. I thank deans for there vast knowledge and egarness to help me trouble shoot a problem on my brothers 08 street glide.after doing a bar swap to a set of apes and rewireing everything I came up with an electrical issue.after rechecking everything and coming up empty handed I called to the pros at deans for some help and guidance .dean personally checked my electrical system and after some fast trouble shooting helped me pin point the problem located in the throttle by wire set up.all of this and no charge...beat that......any... read more

This guy is more than alright and the first place I'd go! I recently dropped my bike off for a balance since the front weights looked like they'd fallen off. Dean called me personally and said it didn't need balanced since it had beads inside. NO CHARGE even though he'd already taken the time to pull it in, lift it up & check it out. He even still did the safety inspection! This is a vast difference from my previous experiences with bike shops who up-sell unnecessarily & overcharge to boot. You can't beat fast, friendly and affordable service!! When presented with a bit of a situation we were told "no problem, bring it in". We got our tires back the next and couldn't be happier with the results. We will for sure be back for all of our future needs!
