I have a Nissan rouge and was told I need to spray it off first before coming in that it was too muddy! I would never abuse my car and go mudding or anything I just live on a gravel road hints why I went to a CAR wash to wash it off but that makes me never want to go back. I feel like they just didn’t want to actually scrub it and put any work into it! Wish I had before pictures to show it wasn’t nothing serious!
When I got into line there was an orange cone and something blocking the second lane. I proceeded to get into line in the first lane behind five cars. Then, an employee moved the cone without letting line one know and five more cars filled line two. Then, because they can’t run an equal stagger, 6 cars who were in line after me got to get their car washed first. With the way the line are made there was no way for me to get out of line. I recently went through Dirty Dawg car wash and came out with the outside of my mirror badly scratched and my actual whole mirror was knocked off! I was told to leave my name and number, no one ever called me so now I’ve called five or so times and they keep saying they need to wait for their boss to come in. They didn’t even offer to refund me for the wash! All I want is my $10 refunded and $50 to cover a new mirror. Please make this right I am a college student and am frustrated to be treated like this from a local place.
