Took my truck to have the trans done, was told the build would work and last me a long time and handle what little power I do make very easily... trans didn't last 24 hours.. they did fix it for free.. that didn't last 4 months. Told me they wouldn't touch it after that. Took it to someone else to find out they left parts out of my trans. A snap ring and nylon washer behind the input drum were missing.. which broke my input shaft and trashed my almost 5 month old, 1400 dollar converter.. also mangled my valve body. We are hauling our fifth wheel from Florida to California. Developed some problems on the road and had our 99 Dodge dually 3500 with Cummins turbo diesel towed over to Dirty Dales. What an excellent choice that was! How refreshing it is to find an honest mechanic with a great customer service attitude. Dale was able to fix our problems at a very affordable price. We are taking it back on Monday to have a new diesel boost system put in. I can highly recommend!
They do some awesome and back up there work. Nice people
5 stars so far saving me a headache by getting some stuck uppipe bolts out! Ive never let anyone else work on my vehicles but just from the conversations today i know it'll get taken care of the right way.
