I had a Woods 22 xe cam and other parts installed on my 2020 Ultra Limited. Communication is through email. It's basically impossible to get through on the phone, though he does tell you that up front. Don't let his short, blunt email replies bother you, just trust he will do a quality job on your bike. He's not the type of guy who is going to have a long conversation with you, he is going to be working to get your bike done, instead. Took my bike in and the whole process was solid from start to finish. Communication was clear, work was done right, and you can tell they actually know what they are doing. No shortcuts, no guessing. Everything came out exactly how it should. Hard to find that level of consistency anymore. Would not go anywhere else.
