This company lied to us about their work and was supposed to come back and redo my floors. We hired them to seal our grout. Alex, the owner, gave us a good price. Said his technology was better than anyone else. Grout was never sealed. We called to complain and he sent a tech named Nic who redid the floors. Made them worse. He also lied to me about who the owner is. Keep far, far away from this company. We will also see them in court if they do not fix my floors or FULLY refund my $600 immediately.
RecommendedThey did pretty good at our house. I’d say 4 stars only because I was quoted a price for cleaning and sealing my tile then when it came time to do the job they changed by adding $200 more. Several spots missed when cleaning the tile and sealing it back. Overall you can’t notice some of the spots, but it looks better than before. If you do go with the company make sure you get the quote in writing.
I am very grateful for the service provided by this company, Nick cleaned the 3-room carpets including their closets, the stairs and a small hallway, and despite the fact that the carpets are a little worn by the daily passage on them, everything looks very clean and smells great, I recommend this company 100%, thanks Nick for the work you did, also you are very kind, I am very happy.
