Stephen a General Contractor & worked closely with HOAs. With their two very different backgrounds & over 20 years experience each, it made sense to put our knowledge & experience together to help where the community needs it. Stephen & Diana are saints! I'm a disabled single woman and really needed help moving a couch out of my apartment. Out of the good of their hearts they helped me at no cost. It was no easy task! They do a great job and the home looks great
We have been using Diana to Clean our Short Term Rental at 107basecamp.com . She is amazing! Very thorough, and always makes sure the place is perfect. We have never had any issues or complaints from guests. What stands out from other companies is her communication, professionalism, and flexibility. Always there when you need her. It feels like we own the property together. She even gives you a full report every time with photos and videos. Give her a try, you won't go anywhere else!
Diana and her partner delivered well beyond expectations. I honestly had never seen my house look so good. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. I try to be sustainable and use products that are eco friendly. I appreciated some specific techniques that they taught me. I run an Airbnb and any hair on white sheets can be a turn off for guests and I am not concerned, I know their techniques and attention to detail will catch everything.
