No one is home I called last week and left a message on machine, I called once and no one answered, I called two days ago and the lady said she would call me back in a half hour. I still have not heard from anyone. Tomorrow is Saturday and I would have liked to have had the dirt here when I would have help spreading it. Now we are going to be planting our grass to late in the season.

Terrible service I have been trying to get a quote that was promised on Thursday. My husband and I have called over 4 times....each time the woman says she will call us right back. Here it is Monday of the next week and we are still calling and she is still saying she will call right back...now she ways she has no recollection of talking to me on Thruway, which was the day she figures out the amount of each kind of dirt I would need for my raised garden...we talked for 15 minutes....I am still waiting on the quote.

No communication can cost you money The people are nice and the product is good, but they have no communication when things change. For instance, they will say "We will deliver it to you this Tuesday, we'll call you 45 mins prior when the truck is loading up." If they get behind on orders, rain compacts the dirt, etc. Don't expect them to give you a call to tell you that you're not getting your order delivered, at all. You can wait all day Tuesday to find out that they've been behind all day long and decided not to call you.... read more

The Dirt Pile Friendly ,knowledgeable people. Quick, expertly loading onto our pickup truck. Staff was patient while we arranged tarp in pickup before loading. We were walk-in customers treated right. Good prices too.

Awesome People!! The moment I walked into that business I was happy. The owners were very helpful. Great Customer Service. The Prices was the cheapest in town, Will recommended them to all my friends and family!!

Excellent Customer Service The folks at Dirt Pile are very knowledgeable about the products that they have and offer good recomendations for what you need based on what your usage will be. Their pricing is very competitive and their customer service is great.
