Awful! Terrible customer service. Gave the guy a deposit 2 weeks ago and then heard a damn thing back but that the parts are coming. I guess I'll be going back up there tomorrow to get my money back on the refund that I paid for a lift that I ain't even seen from him. Terrible experience come on Alonzo. You can do better than that
