this was absolutely the worst experience I have had with any off-road repairs; I took my 2023 Ford f250 in to get upgrade on shocks and springs. the shop had talked me into rough country application same as factory lift. . up to this point it was great, once truck was completed tire sensor was going off, 4X4 would not engage steering was always pulling right . went in for my 500-mile re-torque expressed my issues. he said he would call me back to make this work. no call not answering my calls..... promise promises, this guy ... read more

Ya llevo 4 trocas que le llevo para levantarlas, y todo bien... hasta la ultima vez lleve un Gladiador para ponerle el leveling kit y llantas y rines.... los rines q nos gustaron no los tenian y se mandaron pedir.... el dia que segun le llegaron pues hizo el trabajo... pero resulto que NO eran los rines que yo le pedi.... Alonzo me trajo a vuelta y vuelta y nunca me dio mis rines y pues los rines q me puso eran mas baratos que los que pedi.... perdio un cliente por unos cuantos dolares
Bad experience starting with 0 communication. Purchased a lift I waited for 2-3 weeks. Always being told oh yes we will have it by this date. Said they would do work in 1 day. Ended up keeping my truck for 3 days. After I picked up the missing hardware. I went back and they installed 1 bolt and the rest zip tied to control arm. Very unprofessional. If anyone knows an honest and good quality shop. Please comment.
Never have been let down by a shop this bad… got my quote and went along with it. Once parts were delivered after about 1month and a half they come to find out they weren’t the right ones and due to them having cut off stock parts from my truck I had to be put on a “temporary kit” (had parts coming loose within 1 week), the parts were sent back and never came back, waited about 3 additional months for my PAID OFF lift, wheels, and tires to get in and they did, during the wait I kept getting told “next week” “I gotchu” “let m... read more
