I strongly recommend staying away from this company. We ordered a water tank over a month ago and received little to no communication throughout the entire process. I reached out online multiple times and never got a response. I then had to call more than 5 times just to get basic updates, because apparently no one could follow up properly. The staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and most professional. Beyond that, they were genuinely interested in assuring that I was satisfied with their service. The quality of the drawings and parts I received was top drawer. Thank you, Liz, Patricia, and well done on the videos, Josh. You folks are a credit to the Kranzle corporate name.

We recently took our pressure washing equipment in for repairs, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. The team went above and beyond—not only did they fix the issue we brought it in for, but they also took the time to ensure everything was running at peak performance. On top of that, they even made improvements to make our equipment more convenient to use, even though they didn’t have to.
