The team went above and beyond—not only did they fix the issue we brought it in for, but they also took the time to ensure everything was running at peak performance. My 1122 pressure washer embodies superb engineering. A very reliable and consistent performer. What is equally outstanding is the Customer Service. “The Original Josh” spent an hour on the phone with me explaining the capabilities of the machine with respect to reverse osmosis/deionized water (RO/DI) systems. He answered every question I could think of, and even ones I didn’t think of! Liz and Patricia went out of their ways to ensure I found solutions to my issues. What a pairing - fantastic products with fantastic service!

My new Kranzle 1322TS, purchased from ObsessedGarage, arrived with some shipping damage. Fortunately, I took it to the DirtKiller team, who were incredibly helpful. They replaced the bent inlet fitting and tested the unit to ensure everything was functioning perfectly, all under warranty. I’m grateful that they’re relatively close to my home, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!
