We recently took our pressure washing equipment in for repairs, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. The team went above and beyond—not only did they fix the issue we brought it in for, but they also took the time to ensure everything was running at peak performance. On top of that, they even made improvements to make our equipment more convenient to use, even though they didn’t have to. My 1122 pressure washer embodies superb engineering. A very reliable and consistent performer. What is equally outstanding is the Customer Service. “The Original Josh” spent an hour on the phone with me explaining the capabilities of the machine with respect to reverse osmosis/deionized water (RO/DI) systems. He answered every question I could think of, and even ones I didn’t think of! Liz and Patricia went out of their ways to ensure I found solutions to my issues. What a pairing - fantastic products with fantastic service!
