I think Rachel does a great job. My house always smells amazing when she's done. However, we've had issues with last minute rescheduling more than once and it's not professional. I've had to text to see if she was still coming only to be told "oops, this thing came up." I get that s**t happens, but waiting until the client texts you to see if you're coming is just not a good business practice. It's a real bummer because her work is amazing, I just need someone more reliable.
