I purchased the stone for my house from here about 5 years ago. Turns out it was installed incorrectly so I’m having water enter my house through that area. I called them and Isabel has been a huge help trying to find me experts in installation to help me find a solution. She has made me feel like I’m not alone in this problem and doing everything she can to help me fix the problem. Very grateful to her and her customer service!
