This is one of the best auction companies in the area! I am there every week because the deals are fantastic! And the crew they have working there, you couldn't ask for a better crew! Especially Carrie she is so wonderful and helpful! And if you have any issues she is right there to help you out with no problem! She is so patient and understanding you couldn't ask for a better employee! Keep up the great work you, will always have a regular customer with me!
Got an invoice and paid the invoice immediately, still received an email from them a couple days later incorrectly stating that in Missouri it's illegal to bid on an item and not pay for it and threatening to sending me to collections over a $5.95 settlement that I paid... so much for customer service
Unlike every other auction house I've done business with that uses photos of the item you are bidding on, this company uses manufacturer's stock images to promote their auctions. Pristine stock images are often a far cry from reality. Make sure you read the description before bidding.
