Called Dirk's because of referral. Came out timely. Was told would be called next day with estimate and what would happen, didn't. Called 2 days later, was told parts ordered, no estimate. Called after weekend, parts weren't ordered, thought our furnace worked but it doesn't, parts ordered. Came out 2 days later and repaired issue. Never got estimate but furnace still working. Communication could have been better.
I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Not only do they have a difficult time scheduling, they also missed a gas leak in my house when asked to service and investigate a smell issue that was located next to out furnace. Very unsatisfied with their service.
