CALLED THESE GUYS TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW FURNACE BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD OUR OLDER MODEL COULD NOT BE FIXED & WITHIN 24 HRS OF OUR INITIAL CALL THEY HAD OUR OLD FURNACE (“THAT COULDNT BE FIXED”) RUNNING SMOOTHLY !! WE WILL USE THEM WHEN OUR FURNACE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED & FROM NOW ON. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !! THERON KULANY & JAI HANSON BELLEVUE WA. 2017
They were very quick to respond and very professional. They are priced well. My only suggestion to them would be to clean their vans. I got a look inside and wanted to hork.
Dirk will be getting all my business. He walked me through evaluating my furnace and eliminated all the problems and found that I needed to replace my programmable thermostat. I offered to pay his as he obviously saved me a lot of money and really didn't have to do that for me. You just don't see that type of honest service much anymore these days! I highly recommend him.
