Working with Josh over several months was a great experience. I came to Dirigo PT for a long-term lower back injury, and by the end of my treatment I felt like a new person. I’m not kidding. The exercises he had me do were the best thing I’ve found in the 13 years that I’ve dealt with this injury. He is a thoughtful and easy to talk to physical therapist. The space is quite nice too, lot’s of natural light, clean and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend them!
Josh has been working on my right knee pain for several weeks and I am showing significant improvement. Very nice space too.
