1 You did not vet correctly the tenants of one of my houses in ******** *****. One of the couple had served jail time, for white collar crimes and they did not sell their former house - it was taken for the money owed due to the embezzlement charges . It took my husband ten minutes to find this on line after they were in and the issues of late payments , etc. started,2 Covid hit and we finally got them out the last day of June this year.
