I had the best experience for the first time since being with Direct TV. Not to be rude but calling the Mooresville office and getting help from Natalie was such a blessing. Never have I received the help in all these years as I did from her. Wagner came out to change out old equipment and was honestly the best. He was patient, polite and walked me through everything. Very pleasant, informative, personable, and helpful staff. Natalie is so prompt and friendly. A pleasure to talk to. Wagner was out technician, and he is very knowledgeable and patient!! A great experience!

Wagoner was great! He did a great job hooking everything up. The internet was slow so it took a long time downloading everything. He was very patient and at the end he explained how to access the apps and use the voice commands. Natalie was great when we called to set up the appointment.
