I had the best experience for the first time since being with Direct TV. Not to be rude but calling the Mooresville office and getting help from Natalie was such a blessing. Never have I received the help in all these years as I did from her. Wagner came out to change out old equipment and was honestly the best. He was patient, polite and walked me through everything. Natalie and Wagner are absolutely the Best from the Beginning to End. Respectively and Professionally. If Your looking to be personal with a representative she is the one to call. You want have to call a 1800 number you can call her and she will assist you with all the information you need with billing,services ect fabulous I appreciate it. Wagoner the installer was very Professional and knowledgeable of his job Absolutely Super Guy. My appointment was 8:30 done by 10:30 with everything ✅
Wagoner was great! He did a great job hooking everything up. The internet was slow so it took a long time downloading everything. He was very patient and at the end he explained how to access the apps and use the voice commands. Natalie was great when we called to set up the appointment.
