This post is long overdue. Natalie and Wagner were amazing. My wife and I moved into our new home in September right at the beginning of the football season. Natalie was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with me to set up services. Upon arrival our technician Wager was just as nice and helpful as Natalie. Wagner and I talked sports and baseball while he was setting up our service. Had my new Service with DirectTV set up today. They were on time to my home and had everything done in 20 min. They are very professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend using Natalie and her team
The Mooresville area is lucky to have Natalie and Wagner for Direct TV services. They are both extra nice and always take the time to fix any problem we have. Their customer service is above and beyond every time. Can’t imagine having any other TV service.
