Direct Source was an excellent company to work with and the finished product is gorgeous. During the building of our home, we had several in depth meetings to go over design ideas with two of their consultants and they were beyond helpful to guide us in the choices we made to create an overall look that is unique and timeless. Their prices were competitive and installers were competent and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Direct Source to family and friends.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst company we've ever dealt with. Inexperienced sales staff, pricing is inconsistent, and install crew is horrendous. Months later we still have damaged and unfinished floors. Owner is arrogant and doesn't care about customer service. They took our money and didn't follow through with promised services. Apparently they have a high turnover rate thus customers just "fall through the cracks" (direct quote from owner as he tried to excuse months of incompletion).
