Directory Assistants, Inc is professional & very efficient. I have dreaded the Yellow Page renewal process every year it comes around. In our industry, customers don't typically choose us because of our YP presence, yet it is necessary. We've felt bound by current terms, wanted to reduce the cost, but weren't sure how. Directory Assistants, Inc is the YP management system I've tried I have found DAI to be quite helpful (and patient with me) in deciphering through the Yellow Page maze of information. It's so nice to simply pass on all those YP rep calls directly to DAI, as well as all the requests. I don't handle it---they do!! DAI has saved us a fortune! I wish I had known about Directory Assistants several years ago! We have never known how effective our yellow page ads were in the past, or whether we were spending the right amount of money on them. Directory Assistants, Inc is worth very penny. Directory Assistants, Inc. was a great choice. I tried to negotiate my contact with Idearc Media to no avail. It was so much easier and way more cost effective to use DA. They have been there every step of the way. After the contract was signed I had billing issues and they took care of them for me. I would certainly recommend them.

Wish I had contacted DAI sooner.. After attending a seminar given by DAI, I contacted them to see if we could lower our directory advertising costs.
