Directors used an ilegal "Bait and Switch" tactic which caused great distress to me and my three young children.We were approved for refinance and new purchase loans and after going into contract for our new home, renting our current house out and going to a hotel for a few weeks before closing on the new home I was called a week before closing and told they couldn't offer me the 3.5% original loan but they could get me a 9% loan which I could refinance three months later.
