STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! We were recommended this place to do physical therapy. Instead of providing that, they sent a nurse out to the house weekly for "diabetes education"... for some one who's had and properly managed their diabetes for 15 years. In addition to not getting the services requested and getting services not requested. The visiting nurse gave medical advice that went against what all the other doctors gave. The review by Monica Dziarmagowski is misleading. Payment is sometimes not issued because this so-called therapists provide poor therapy or don't show up to provide the therapy at all. Very sneaky they are.
