We booked a split trip for a drop off and pick up from Parker to the Pepsi Center and back for a concert. The driver was 20-minutes late to pick us up. When we got in the car it smelled bad (smoke and funk), all seats had duct tape and rips on them, the bar had several areas that were broke, chipped and falling apart. There was glitter all over the seats and no ice in either champagne bucket. So I Rented a Direct Line Limo/Bus for my birthday and I must say I was more than impressed. From beginning to end the experience was top notch. Kimber, the person who I booked, with was attentive and on top of all of my needs to help me chose the right vehicle. She explained that Jennifer (my driver) would be calling me on Friday to firm up the details. Jennifer called me early in the day Friday to make sure I had her number if I had any questions. There were several things that I would qualify as good for this company. First, the bus we rented (black converted school bus) was perfect for prom. The kids liked it. Second, the driver, Robert, was very competent and kind. He treated the kids well, he treated me well. The negatives are that Kimber is a bit scattered in her customer service. She never remembered who I was when I talked to her. Once I needed information during the day, and she couldn't provide it because she was at a baseball game. Not a big deal if she had ... read more
