The New Philadelphia branch of Directions Credit Union is a great place to take care of all of your banking needs. They are all so nice and welcoming. I was helped by Kristie today and her customer service is always fantastic!
I had the pleasure of working with Elaina Fox on an auto loan and she made the process extremely easy and went out of her way to go above and beyond for getting answers and navigating all of my questions. I cant recommend working with her enough, she did an amazing job!
