Ontario is my favorite branch to go to & Sam is my fav teller
The teller seemed annoyed with helping and didn't thank me or say goodbye and left me standing wondering if the transaction was completed. She was on the phone with a coworker in regard to my visit and was like, "a customer is sitting in front of me....." It was kind of cringe. It's not my home location, so I can refrain from the Mansfield branch.
