Directions is my bank for loans! Their interest rates can't be beat. Auto, personal, home. Very prompt approval times. Loan officers are always there to help and go the extra mile for your goals. Also, the Directions Visa card is hard to beat. My favorite card at 9.99% fixed interest! Anything fixed is about unheard of today. I love Directions credit union!
Absolutely awesome experience! Pam Nottingham is a true gem as she worked with us thru a difficult situation. Her patience and desire to help us find a solution left us feeling confident and happy to find a workable solution. Her understanding and compassion on our position was beyond helpful! We have a renewed appreciation for Directions!
