Direction has been very responsive. We have been using them for our 12 unit condo building for several months now and they have been great. They helped us save money by suggesting new vendors and have also been assisting us in applying the rules of regulation of our association.
I have had a great experience with DIRECTION community management. They are extremely trustworthy and address any and all concerns in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner. It has been a joy working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
