Invoicved 2 months ago and never get a response from AP, can't reach anyone from the company. Don't book loads with them!!!!!!!!
We haul freight for them in October and we still have not receive and payments yet. Accounting team really sucks. No one answers the phone. Horrible experience. If haul for them be ready for not get paid. They will changing your pay dates on triumph pay.
Beware of this agency...THEY DON'T PAY!!!!!! I'm the only one in this situation. I'm currently filing a claim with all the relevant agencies. At first, they ask for the documents over and over again, even though they know they received them. I sent them more than five times. It's been over a month, and they haven't responded or made any payment. Beware, shipping companies! Very few factoring companies work with this thieving agency. Impossible to get anyone on the phone about any issues. Nothing is actually "escalated" or handled by management. They will pay in 90+ days, move pay dates back by a month for no reason and act like there are no issues. Currently filing a claim against their bond for invoices that are 60-90 days old and "scheduled" to pay in a month (with no reason for the delay) but they are just going to move back pay dates again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LIKE BEING PAID FOR YOUR WORK.
