Horrible experience with DXL. They were bugging us during transit. We submitted BOL's immediately as requested and I got many emails afterwards saying pay would get docked for not submitting BOL's on time. Now I'm still getting offers for loads from them every day that I can't seem to get stopped. Now it's a month later. I finally received a check from them and they did short the pay with no justification.

Direct Xpress is our favorite Freight forwarder to work with. They are very communicative and make our jobs easy! Can't wait to keep working them them!

PLEASE PAY YOUR BILLS. 90 DAYS ON A CLEAN BOL AND STILL NO PAYMENT NO ANSWER. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Liars . They lied about appt time . Kept us for 4 hours and the delivery was going to kroger as a missed appt due to the fact that it was taking so long at shipper. Didn’t provide TONU after we lost half of day . We booked this load with Chris Madden. Stay away from this brokerage.
