It’s been 70 days for invoice. Still didn’t get paid. They aren’t responding any email neither answering any call. Please avoid any of load from them.
78 days since invoiced, didn't receiver any payment yet They are not replying on any emails about payment status Factoring placed them on "NO BUY" list
Broker is NOT paying their invoices! Our load was delivered back in August, it is now November 13th. Our payment date got pushed back on Triumph Pay three times already, first it was set to pay in October and when checked today it is set to pay late this month. But I see that their bond is set to cancel on 11/30/2025. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
Horrible experience with DXL. They were bugging us during transit. We submitted BOL's immediately as requested and I got many emails afterwards saying pay would get docked for not submitting BOL's on time. Now I'm still getting offers for loads from them every day that I can't seem to get stopped. Now it's a month later. I finally received a check from them and they did short the pay with no justification.
