receptionist was kinda rude and snappy to other patients
I was very disappointed with my visit. I came in because a rose thorn was stuck in my knee and my knee had become swollen and painful. I specifically asked for it to be found and removed, but after examining me, I was told that there was nothing there. When I got home, the pain and swelling continued, and I had to remove the thorn myself. This confirmed that the foreign object had been missed during the visit. Good service, the staff is caring.
Absolute waste of a trip in. I made an appointment for an xray of my knee, showed up way ahead of schedule and was told the “xray technician wasn’t in today.” The front desk person said he “would have called but he just got busy and didn’t get to it.” Ridiculous. Made an appointment elsewhere and was seen in a timely manner. Get better employees that actually care about people’s time and health.
