I had an exceptional experience with the Urgent Care Mountain View healthcare team and wanted to express my sincere gratitude—especially to Amanda, the medical assistant, and Euna Kim, NP! Terrible predatory company "El Camino health" i'm not exaggerating when I say you're better off just figuring out how to take care of your own problem than coming to El Camino Health. No one that works here seems to care at all. The staff just do things like shrug and say whatever. If you come here, it's only the beginning of your appointment. I have health insurance. Shipped for no reason to ER and did not accept travel insurance.
I arrived there 15min before my appointment. I was triaged by a nice nurse. Then I was in the room for 25min until a doctor showed up. The conversation between me and doctor was around 45 to 50 sec. He said i am positive for strap A and I have to take cephalexin for 10 days. Thats it. When I wanted to show him a picture he said he is busy and he will come back.
