I had an exceptional experience with the Urgent Care Mountain View healthcare team and wanted to express my sincere gratitude—especially to Amanda, the medical assistant, and Euna Kim, NP! I was dealing with severe hives all over my body and called to make an appointment just before closing time. Unfortunately, my appointment was mistakenly scheduled at another location. Terrible predatory company "El Camino health" i'm not exaggerating when I say you're better off just figuring out how to take care of your own problem than coming to El Camino Health. No one that works here seems to care at all. The staff just do things like shrug and say whatever. If you come here, it's only the beginning of your appointment. I have health insurance.
