You’ll get treated poorly here. The staff are unkind and short with you. Not the kind of experience I’d like when I’m trying to resolve something with my health. Extremely disappointed.
Extremely poor service. I came in for an urgent matter and the receptionist did not come to the front for 10 minutes. I was here on another occasion and was treated with disrespect. I was hoping this time would be different, however it seems the issue is with the entire staff.
Care was fine, but I was billed for a 30+ minute visit when the doctor was in the room for under 15 minutes—and it cost $120 more than a similar service in Sunnyvale. Will definitely not go here again.
Dr. Kim: 5/5 | El Camino Health: 2.5/5 I came in and saw Dr. Kim for respiratory issues, she was super friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. She prescribed antibiotics, ordered an X-ray to be done at a different location the next day, and asked me to call immediately when it was done so she could review the results and let me know that same day. Although the name says “Urgent & Walk-In Care” they don’t actually take walk-ins. The receptionist also seems annoyed to have to work. Would choose any other urgent care if the need arises.
