Visited on a Sunday morning, and despite the appointment system instructing me to arrive 14 minutes early, the clinic was closed. We waited outside until 8:00 AM. Check-in was fine, but the PA seemed in a bad mood. I went in for flu/cold symptoms, and the NP just said everything was negative and to buy over-the-counter meds. I got seen right away and the nurse practitioner who saw me was extremely competent and thorough. She not only diagnosed, treated and documented my infection but took the time to really listened to and respond to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this facility.

I visited this morning around 9:30am and I had a very mixed experience at this urgent care. While the doctor and front desk staff were excellent, the encounter with the medical assistant was extremely concerning. She appeared unprepared and unprofessional, even asking me which symptom I wanted to “focus on” rather than assessing my full condition.
