10/10 Recommend this is the place to go! This was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made in my life. The owner is wonderful at responding. He is great with customer service. He is knowledgeable (can answer any questions you have) & has no problem educating you on any such attachments or parts you could use to beef your trailer up more than what it already is! The quality of these trailers are terrific. I really enjoyed talking to the owner. I will be getting any type of trailer from this establishment endefinite.
First of all, the quality of the trailer is great. But, The company built ramps that don’t even touch the ground. When I first told them about it Amanda said they were going to fix it. I’ve heard nothing from them in weeks and NO one will call me back. They won’t even answer my phone calls. Terrible customer service and it looks as if the warranty and standing behind their trailers is bogus!!
I bought a 7x 20 trailer on 04/16/2024, the trailer broke in half after 70 days of use. The fenders also came loose and 3 tires burst. I'm very, very disappointed with the purchase, I don't recommend it, I don't recommend it.
Bought a trailer a little over a year ago. The paint job was so thin that It is coverd in rust already. The trailer has so much flex from bad design that the wheel wells are tearing and all the welds on the back of the wheel wells have broken. I talked to a lady on the phone which did not care one bit on what I had to say other than saying well only had a 1 year warranty. I left an honest review on Facebook and then was blocked. I've had my trailer now for close to 2 years. It's been fantastic. I think I put nearly 70,000 miles on it hauling cars all over the Midwest and the South.
