10/10 Recommend this is the place to go! This was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made in my life. The owner is wonderful at responding. He is great with customer service. He is knowledgeable (can answer any questions you have) & has no problem educating you on any such attachments or parts you could use to beef your trailer up more than what it already is! The quality of these trailers are terrific. I really enjoyed talking to the owner. I will be getting any type of trailer from this establishment endefinite.
I’ve bought many trailers over the years from Direct Trailers and never had any issues. They stand behind their workmanship and 6 year warranty on their axles. Mr Jimmy and Mrs Amanda and their full crew work endlessly to satisfy all customers. Great folks great trailers.
I am only giving this company 1 star because you cannot give a review ZERO stars. Do NOT purchase a trailer built by this company. They claim to have a 1-year warranty, but do NOT stand behind that warranty. We purchased a 20-foot car hauler for our business and after only 6-months of use the trailer has BROKEN IN HALF! The trailer has NOT been misused EVER. I've had my trailer now for close to 2 years. It's been fantastic. I think I put nearly 70,000 miles on it hauling cars all over the Midwest and the South.
Went over and above with service and price. Bought a 6x12 trailer from local dealer Jerome, knowleable and very helpful, definitly recommend .
