Poplar store just charged me $30 to fix a flat. I've never paid more than $12. Ever. Anywhere. So I didn't bother to ask how much it would be before I gave them the keys. I won't make that mistake again. Direct Tire will never get my business or business of anyone else I know. If you need a tire fixed go to Shell at Poplar and Perkins. An honest business.
bait and switch. I called them and gave them all the numbers from my tires. They quoted me 763. When I got there they hummed and hawed for a while, said they quoted me the wrong tires 'by accident' and wanted another $110. Classic bait and switch. I left of course (and got a better deal at Ideal Tire). These people are liars and thieves.
I had a great customer experience at Direct Tire on Frayser Blvd. Mr Charles Barr was very good with the customers. He promised the wait time for my tires would not be long and it wasn't. I was very impressed with the team work also.
