Took advantage of me as a single mother. Brought my car in faithfully for tire rotations on my new tires which only had 38k miles on them. Tires were bald on the inside where I could not see. Would not honor the warranty. Trying to say it was my fault. Will never go back there!!!!
You don’t need any other repair shop. Ever! My relationship with them Is Over 17 years and they have NEVER let me down.

Avoid this place like the plague. Not only are they incompetent and overpriced, but management lies as well. Brought my wife's car in for a rotation. Specifically asked that they follow the mfg. recommendations, sure enough, they didn't, and when I showed them proof, they lied and tried to cover it up. Brought my car into two locations with a balancing problem. TWICE they couldn't properly balance the tires. We were stranded on our way back to Maine and the Peabody location not only located the part we needed and had it delivered instantly, they fixed the part AND did an oil change last minute just before closing. We were back on the road within an hour and all at a very reasonable price. Hands down the BEST customer service. If we lived in the area we would be back!
