Jared was awesome in getting my tires rebalanced. Showed up on time and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be used them for all of my tire needs in the future.
Best tire service experience! Excellent prices on tires as well. The extra installation cost is worth it for the peace of mind knowing that your expensive OEM or aftermarket wheels won't be marked up by errant air tools or an underpaid mechanic. Not having to wait in an uncomfortable waiting room with outdated magazines or having to drop off your car and arrange a ride is an extra bonus. Direct Tire brings excellent service to your doorstep or your office while you work. Cannot recommend them enough!
I will start this by saying I am VERY meticulous about my car. I contacted the guys at Direct Tire because I have been burned far too many times by careless workmanship in the past having new tires put on.
