Love the bamboo flooring we had installed. Doug was great to work with -- extremely communicative, and quick to set up delivery and installation. The floor looks and feels great! Very honest company, too -- we were toying with replacing a large amount of carpet, and they told us we'd be silly to do that since our current carpet has a lot of wear left in it. Will definitely start here for our next flooring project!
Alex Smith was great to work with. We wanted a wood floor similar to what we installed in our house in Florida 11 years ago. Alex was able to find a local distributor of wood floors from the same manufacturer. Very nice installation and a very good price. We are very pleased and highly recommend Direct Solutions.
