I had a 4pm pickup for one dozen male blue crabs and they sold them out from under me 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. They called me 15 minutes before pickup to confirm I was coming and since I didn't pick up my phone at that moment they sold them off. I'd understand selling them if I was late, but before the pickup time???? Terrible customer service and business practices. They lost a customer for life because of their short shortsightedness.
