David did a great job as an installation manager. The installers were awesome, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff at the warehouse were helpful with helping us pick a quality carpet. This was the first time I have used Direct Sales and would recommend them to anyone looking for great service. My husband and I are very satisfied with our carpets, 5 star rating for sure. Will use again if we need new carpets in the future, highly recommended.
