We have used Direct Realty for over 7 years to manage our multiple rental units and also as Realtors to market and sell our other units as well. Both Adam and Shannon are Professional, Efficient and Effective. We consider them the only partner we work with in the Dallas/FW metroplex. We highly recommend them and suggest you consider to have them help you with your real estate needs!
I was a tenant for 3 years, and every year of those 3 I had a problem with the access to the amenities, they usually take 3 months to solve the issue so I wasn't able to use the pool for example at all (it's already closed when they finally solve the issue for 3 years in row). On top of that, they are super unfriendly and don't care about you or the landlord who hired them. I think the landlord can do better than this poor service company, the house was awesome but their service was bad.
We had such a great experience with Direct Realty. Very friendly and always responsive with any issues or maintenance requests. They went above and beyond where they didn't have to. Highly recommend!
