The sonographer was great and very detailed, however I was very disappointed by the end of my ultrasound, when the sonographer told me that the machine does not print the images of the ultrasound. I was not aware of this before the appointment and thought that with every scan I get a printout. This was my 20 week ultrasound and was really looking forward to getting printed images. I had my 7 week ultrasound at Direct Radiology and received the printed images without any ask.
I had a disappointing experience at this radiology clinic. The radiographer appeared disengaged and unprofessional throughout the appointment. Communication was minimal, and there was little effort to provide clear instructions or ensure patient comfort. Overall, the interaction felt rushed and lacking in care or attention. A more attentive and professional approach would significantly improve the patient experience.
