Outstanding service and exceptional care from Matt I had a DXA scan at Direct Radiology recently and initially felt quite overwhelmed by the results, particularly because I have been closely monitoring my bone density following a previous fracture. I was fortunate enough to have Matt as my radiographer. He took the time to listen to my history and understand my journey rather than simply treating the scan as another routine test.
