The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful Wendy Which also continue on to the radiologist who was prompt and very professional Fast service , very clean office
I’ve now visited Direct Radiology South Melbourne for the 5th or 6th time, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The radiographer, Siebren, was incredibly kind and showed genuine care for patients throughout the entire process. His professionalism and empathy made the experience smooth and stress-free. I called last week to book an appointment and after quoting the cost I let the person booking know that my GP said the scan will be covered by Medicare for Coeliac disease management. He said I would be covered as my doctor advised. I arrived for my booked appointment this morning and the person at the front desk told me no I wouldn't be covered and I'll need to pay. Don't waste your time booking in here and go to a more reputable service that knows what they are talking about
This was my third time at Direct Radiology for an ultrasound, and every visit has been consistently excellent. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient — the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The clinical team continued that same level of care with detailed, professional service that made me feel at ease. Everyone I interacted with was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. I really appreciate their consistency and warmth. Highly recommend!
This clinic is very helpful, and Sarah is great! She is always very patient and caring during appointments, and is happy to answer any questions I may have.
