Doug was so helpful! Changed out an older oven in a rv to a new cooktop. It is a dual natural gas / convertible to propane. However the conversion connection was complicated and of course buying from Walmart no help figuring it out. Doug gave us the premium Hank Hill treatment! He went to great lengths to figure it out, even making a custom build hose, connection that he would have made for his own mother! First class treatment!
