This was the best provider experience I have had probably ever had. I was thoroughly assessed, informed, and truly felt cared about and seen. I thought all hope was lost for any medical care in a post Covid world, but Kevin took excellent care of me and took the time (a full hour+ and scheduled a lab results follow up) to get to the root of the problem. We refer a lot of our patients that need medical providers, they are the best, it's less expensive and you get the best of care. We are members ourselves and believe in what they do. They have several offices from Cleveland to Knoxville now so it's also super convenient. Best thing we ever did was becoming members..

Direct Primary Care has been such an excellent fit for my health care needs. I always feel like I have direct contact with my Primary Care Physician. One time I sent out a “text” to my PCP and we had a video appointment 15 minutes latter while we were driving down the road to Alabama! All of my prescriptions are covered - I don’t pay a penny except for my monthly fee! They found a cardiologist that has been VERY affordable as well as other specialists that I’ve used.
