Dr Cruz and staff are very friendly and informative. I've been a customer of theirs since the beginning of the year, however, I had to stop their $150 membership for TRT Treatment since it wasn't explained accurately at the time it was sold to me. When I tried to clarify with Dr Cruz, he didn't own up to the way it was explained and I simply decided to cancel the membership. During that same interaction that's what he suggested if I wasn't satisfied with how the membership works "this membership is not for everyone" he said.... read more
