These people were highly recommended to me by a family member. But I’m very disappointed to say that they are not prompt on their response time. On multiple occasions it took them days to respond to a simple question. On Google they are listed as being open since 7am yet I’ve been calling them since 7am for over an hour now and I’m unable to reach anyone. I have a technician scheduled to come fumigate today and I have legitimate questions and I have not been able to speak to one person. Very disappointed
