I contacted them to take care of my grandma 2 different times, and they said “we’ll call you back right away”. It’s been 5 days and nothing. Waste of time, time to find a new and better agency.

I would give Direct Personal Care a 0-star review if possible. My grandmother was approved for the CDPAP program on April 25, 2023, and I have been trying to work with Direct Personal Care ever since to get her the care she needs. However, I have been unable to find out anything out. The person handling my case doesn't even get back to me for weeks to months at times.After waiting almost 5 months, I was told that there are 105 people ahead of us for a nurse from HIP.
