Absolutely the worst pain management place in the metroplex. They do not have a phone system. Then, when someone named Rosie calls, they say they are leaving at 3:30 and we got a call at 2:40 PM. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. The worst.

I have been coming to Directo Orthopedic since 2021 and have spent my share of $'s. The care was always good or sufficient and I had previously left a 5 star review, as I rarely leave negative ones ( you can search my review history, mostly 5 star) . I understand cancellation policies need to exist, but the 48 hour notification policy here is a bit too broad.
